Today's gift was an Ice Cave. Every few seconds, an unknown animal appears in its depths. 

Day 24

Christmas Eve! Today's present was a gingerbread top hat. There are many colors, including brown, green, and pink.

Day 23

Today's gift was the Jamaaliday Mailbox that was given out last year.

Day 22

Today's gift was a North Pole sign. It is the one found in Mt. Shiveer, as well.

Rare Item Monday

This Monday, the rare item was a hat and beard. You cannot change its color. Also, it is for all jammers.

Day 21

Today's gift were elf shoes. They were given out last year, and were very popular.

Day 20

BOWS AND ARROWS!!!! The day has finally come where Animal Jam gives every Jammer bows and arrows of different colors. Have fun!

Day 19

Today's gift was an icicle horn clothing thing- it was more of a unicorn horn, though. It comes in many colors.

Day 18

Today's gift was a really big ornament. You can't put it on your Christmas tree size type of ornament.

Day 17

Today's gift was a Hot Cocoa Set. Not many non-member food items have been released so far, so this is a good gift. I put it on my dining table.

My Winter Den

I recently updated my den because of the Jamaaliday Rescue prizes. I just wanted to give you some ideas. :)

Day 16

Today's gift was a Jamaaliday Mat that was also released last year. It is not very popular.

Day 15

Today's gift was the Gift Express. This was given out last year.

Day 14

Today's gift were candy cane socks. They come in many colors, like red, green, light blue,purple, orange, maroon, and pink.

Jamaaliday Rescue

The Jamaaliday Rescue is the most recent AJ has released. It is a maze, much like the Corn Maze released around Thanksgiving. Lots of Jammers have been saying that its really hard. It is; but you just have to keep on trying, and the gifts are really nice. I won't tell you exactly how to get to the center(it ruins the fun), but here are a few things I will tell you:

When you get to the part where there are stairs that lead to platforms, and you can go down a slide to get over obstacles, look for the Happy Jamaalidays Banner (its on the upper right side of the maze):

From there, you get to the campsite-looking area, and from there you have to figure it out. But this is a very important step.

 

Day 13

Today's gift is a candy cane tie. This was given out last year, and many jammers did not wear it. I have two of these now because I saved mine from last year- I happen to really like the candy cane tie.

Also, there is a new homepage for Animal Jam!! It is winter themed, and sadly, does not have any wolves on it. See for yourself.

Day 12

Today's Jamaaliday present was the snowflake balloon. In all of Animal Jam history, never have nonmembers received a balloon that was a clothing item. Very nice. :D

Day 11

Today's Jamaaliday present were snowflake decorations. Much like the bells and the gingerbread streamer, these are snowflakes on strings. They were not given out last year, and although they are pretty, they are really big.

Jamaaliday Jam

    The Jamaaliday Jam is a fairly popular party that takes place in a gingerbread house den, however it only appears during the Jamaalidays. There are two places to shop there;the main shop where you get den items, and the song shop where you get, well, songs. There is also a chocolate pool that makes you brown when you enter it.

Day 10

Today's gift was a string of bells. These bells can be found in the Jamaaliday Jam party, but you can't buy them there. This is a new item, however it is similar to the bells given out last year, but the ones given out last year had only two bells.

Epic Dens!

Jamaaliday Themed Den

This is den is very spirited and expensive as well. Most of the items in this den cost one diamond, and for a non-member, this is impressive. The general layout is excellent as well.

Beta and very cool!

This den is the magnum opus of olive423. She said "I have been trying to get betas for a very long time". Pouncing is a very nice person and you should definitely go check her den out.

Nice!

This is a very simple and versatile den, although very well organized. This den is like an actual house. Very cool.

Item of the Week: December 9

My favorite item this week is the patch of lollipops. You can currently get them at the diamond store in the old Jamaaliday presents bag. They each cost one diamond. Last year, they were given out as part of the 25 days of the Jamaaliday Season. Hurry up and get them, they're going to go soon!

December 8 and 9 Gifts

This is the gift for December 9th. The cookie table was given out during last year's Jamaaliday season. There is also a marshmallow chair that matches the table. This can be used as a kitchen table, or a coffee table that goes in front of a sofa.

This is the marshmallow chair, and the December 8th gift. It was given out in last year's Jamaaliday season, just like the cookie table. It goes very nice with the cookie table. It can also be used as an armchair or a dining table seat.

Designing Your Den

Want to have a den that looks more like a house rather than a place to dump stuff? You came to the right place! 

Here are some den designing tips:

• Keep it simple; don't put random things everywhere, it looks bad.
• Create "rooms"; like a living room, and a bedroom*. If you want a kitchen, put it in the back patio.(non-members)
• A garden can be created in the very front of the den; so you can show it off.
• Don't have a bathroom; it just looks awkward and you don't need to use it.
• For a garden, include a fence of some kind. I have the candy cane fence because of the holiday season.

Here are some things that I recommend to have in your den:

• Bookshelf
• Individual Sofas
• Sturdy Table
• Rug
• Shelves to put plushies on.
• Wall decorations(plaques, windows,flags,light, et cetera...)
• Plants in pots to decorate the floor.
• Dresser(If you have a bedroom)
